Here it is at last - a brief overview of Race for the Galaxy, as was requested. Yes, there are some details I left out, but I mentioned all of the features that I think are important for deciding if the mechanics are interesting to you. Race for the Galaxy is a difficult game to learn, but once you have played 3-5 games, you'll become comfortable with it, I think.
This is the last brief overview video you'll see for a long time. I just don't have time to keep working on these with my very limited free time. If I do any other such videos in the future, they are likely to be for much simpler games. Thank you for all the positive feedback I've received. I hope this RftG video will give you some idea of what makes this game work.

This was an excellent overview of this game! I recently got RftG, and have only played it twice so far, and this overview really presents the game nicely. Great work!
I'm afraid you're not counting points for the Alien Tech Institute correctly: it says "+2 for other Alien cards", not for every Alien card. So you only add 2 for the Tech Institute itself and the total is 3 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 9.
Oh, and I forgot to say: great overview!
Hi there. I haven't watched the whole thing yet, but after watching the components bit, I was afraid that you might be giving potential new buyers the impression that all cards came with Ultra Pro sleeves :P
Maybe you mentioned that they don't later on, and if that's so, then ignore my comment then.
Good work coming up with a video though.
Cheers.
